Prototyp-parts from series production material

In addition to standard parts, crystal-clear, transparent parts can be produced up to the 3D printing of optical lenses.
By means of 3D printing, not only prototypes but also loadable, durable end products can be produced which are “printed” according to customer requirements.
Mechanical parts / movable plastic parts
With modern 3D printing, it is possible to produce fine mechanisms with moving parts in one operation. The plastic parts work directly after production, without further assembly. Complex mechanical combinations of individual articles are possible.

Beside single parts made of series production materials assemblies are also accurately manufacturable. Individual articles of assemblies can thus be checked for assembly capability even before the article datasets are completed. Various functions and loads can be tested in the early phase of development. Finished articles or the finished assembly can be presented before the tools are started.
Multi-component prototypes
Plastic parts, with different material combinations of plastic (for example, hard / soft combinations), can also be produced in 3D printing.
